School holiday has started... well, not yet

From today onwards, students will not be required to report to school for lessons anymore (of cos, with exceptions for extra lessons and CCA). I am so glad... the past two month was crazy madness, busy setting papers, marking papars, updating marks and remarks and the list goes on... (except people in the same line, no one can imagine the amount of work we have even lessons has stopped).

So I am glad that all the pre-exam and post-exam activities has ended. The past one week has seen me as a 'tour guide', bringing students out of school for performances and activites, golf, dance, esplanade... exciting? Not at all, when you have a big bunch of kids to keep an eye on.

Now that the school holiday has started for the kids, we are still working. Yes, for people like me who have no invigilation and marking duties, it's normal working day everyday. 8-1.30pm... who cares what you do in school you just have to be there. I wish I can hae invigilation duties, cos those who have, they do not need to report to school even on days they dont have duties, how nice.

I cant wait for MY holiday to start on 19th Nov. MM will only have his one week after that, but then he has invigilation duties u see. Had wanted to do lotza things before the exam period ( one whole list) but miscellaneous things seems to keep coming and I still cant settle down to do them yet. Probably, before I know it, school will be reopening soon. haiz.

Am a bit worried about the streams and classes I am going to teach next year.... Hope no NT... if not I really need to jin4 bu3 all the time le. And wonder how many HCL classes I will get. sianz. it clashes with my TT CCA training. Ya, talking about my CCA, it's another blood puking experience, never came across students with such lousy attitude... kids nowadays have no sense of responsibilities at all... really cant imagine how they are going to take up roles of parents in future when they themselves cant even be morally correct.

haiz...

My 24th birthday... a day to remember

16th October, I turned 24.

September to October was a mad period for me, and I have more or less been looking forward to my BIG day (to me, it's BIG lah), partly also cos after 16th would mean work will be lesser.

For the past one week, MM had been behaving bit weirdly, I could sense that he is up to something (but dunno wat). I have thought about how he will celebrate my birthday but couldnt come up with anything... so I let myself be kept in suspense. I know MM wont disappoint me =)
